Momentum Fast Pt 3 Day 3

“Stir up the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” – 2 Timothy 1:6 (NKJV)

Devotional Thought:

Thriving isn’t just about being healed and planted; it’s about being activated. There comes a point where God says, "Now that I’ve restored you, I want to release you." But too often, people remain stuck in fear, self-doubt, or comparison and never tap into what’s already inside of them.

Paul’s letter to Timothy doesn’t tell him to ask God for a gift. He tells him to stir up what’s already there. That means God has already placed something within you. It’s time to wake it up.

Your gift isn’t just for your benefit—it’s part of your assignment. When you hide what God gave you, someone else’s breakthrough is delayed. Thriving happens when you no longer operate from a place of insecurity, but from bold obedience.

This fast is not just about what you’re sacrificing, it’s also about what you’re unlocking. God has invested something powerful in you, and it’s time to pour.

Prayer Focus:

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any gifts, talents, or passions that have been lying dormant. Repent for any fear, pride, or comparison that has kept you from using what God placed in you. Declare aloud: “The gift in me is necessary. I will stir it up and use it for God’s glory.”

Action Steps:

What gifts, talents, or passions have I allowed to sit dormant? Am I walking in boldness or fear when it comes to using what God gave me? What step can I take this week to begin using or sharing my gift?
